COVID-19 Response Update

As the COVID-19 pandemic progresses across our nation, Wagner-Smith Equipment Co. remains committed to the well-being of our employees and customers. As an essential business critical to maintaining the infrastructure of our country, all of our offices are currently open and operational. Rest assured that we are following all CDC guidelines pertaining to social distancing, hand washing and disinfecting surfaces.

In the event that any of our offices must close as a result of government or corporate mandate, we will do our best to have resources available for customer emergencies such as storm crews needing tooling, rental items and equipment. We understand that our customers are the lifeblood of our business and this country, and we strive to provide superior service under any circumstance.

As we move through this unprecedented time together concerning COVID-19, our first priority is ensuring that our employees, their family members, friends, colleagues and community members are safe. We are following sanitation protocols and CDC guidelines and making sure they are implemented for everyone's safety. 

First and Foremost: We will remain Parts, Service, Sales & Rental Staffing to meet your needs until further notice.  Call your local office as normal to inquire about or place orders.  We are operating at normal capacity, with no interruption to service. 

We have made slight changes to onsite visits, but we are still processing will-call orders and accepting rental returns as usual. Our priority is to continue to work hard for our customers to keep you up and running.  We will continue to keep you informed if anything changes that would impact our service to your business.
